Hand-picked whole bunch Chardonnay with a combination of wild oak fermentation and cultured fermentation. Every step worked out with care and clarity providing one of the best Chardonnays in recent years.

A restrained touch on the malolactic fermentation has allowed Romsey’s terroir brings more natural acidity to the fore, promising a structure that will only improve with careful cellaring over the next decade.
